As we returned to the office after the COVID-19 pandemic, we found ourselves asking for new contactless technology, a greener fresher feel and better hotdesking options that provide ergonomic, height adjustable workstations. This all helps make our office brighter, more modern and more suited to our changing needs. 

Saying goodbye is never easy, and it was a significant milestone to walk out of the door of our old address. We’ve tried to extend the life of our old furniture, technology, and decorative items we would not take with us to our new space by donating a selection to local charities in support of our community. 

We are committed to supporting other businesses who hold values similar to ours, with a commitment to sustainability and we have kept this in mind when selecting vendors to assist with our new space. For example, our coffee machine has been sourced from a company aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our building itself has also been chosen due to the following achievements: 

• 4-star Green Star Performance Rating from Green Building Council of Australia (listed as Best Practice under the Green Star Rating System) 

• 5.5-star NABERS Water and Energy Rating 

• Usage of 100% renewable energy in operations and achievement of carbon neutral certificate 

This is the next chapter for RightShip Melbourne, and as we set sail on our new journey, we look forward to welcoming all onboard at our new office.
