Portuguese language webinar focuses on 2022 sustainability and safety trends in Brazil

Our Business Development Manager, Nuno Vendeirinho, recently joined Cargill’s Hosana Perrone, OT South America BD Manager, and Vale Senior Analyst, Claudio Aguirre, to discuss the latest insights, trends, opportunities, challenges, tools and best practice focusing on sustainability and marine assurance impacting the Brazilian market.

The webinar revealed that Brazil has been performing better than Europe and North and Central America in terms of Safety Scores - and that in the first quarter of 2021, 58% of all unique vessels visiting Brazil were verified by RightShip – a clear indication of market confidence in the robustness of our ratings.

Recent RightShip statistics also showed that 92% of vetted vessels have a Safety Score of 3, 4 or 5, compared to only 50% of unverified vessels.
