My internship at RightShip has been pivotal in shaping my journey toward a career in Human Resources. In my role as a Learning and Development intern, I engaged in challenging projects that aligned with my HR interests, notably contributing to competency mapping and the development of a talent and development site. These experiences deepened my understanding and passion for HR practices. The close-knit and supportive team at RightShip has been a constant support throughout my internship, fostering a collaborative environment where I felt encouraged to contribute my ideas and participate in the team's success. The camaraderie within the team extends beyond the professional realm, making every workday enjoyable!
Ei Lyn Tan, Sustainability Intern, Melbourne
During my internship at Rightship, I had the invaluable opportunities to conduct ESG framework research, specifically focusing on the maritime industry. I get to explore diverse sustainability reporting frameworks and contribute to the development of prototypes. What added excitement to my role was the collaborative working environment in engaging with teams across Asia, Europe and America to pursue our research. Beyond my primary responsibilities, I was privileged to present my findings during the Brown Bag Session, receiving both positive support and constructive feedback. These interactions motivated me to enhance my research skills and fostered an environment of continuous improvement. I recommend choosing Rightship to start your internship!
