Maria has built an accomplished career spanning more than two decades leading product strategy, product management and software development across enterprise software, AI and technology businesses. Her experience spans product innovation, platform modernisation, cloud transformation and AI-first product strategy, with a focus on building scalable enterprise SaaS platforms.
Over the course of her career, Maria has held Chief Product Officer roles across several international technology companies. Prior to joining RightShip, she served as Chief Product Officer at Osprey Flight Solutions, where she led product strategy and development, defining an AI-first approach for their platform evolution. She also held Chief Product Officer roles at XTM International and Infinity, where she led product strategy, platform transformation, integration of acquired technologies. and launched differentiated SaaS and AI-powered product offers across international markets
Earlier in her career, Maria spent more than 12 years at BlackBerry across engineering, software development and product leadership roles. She later worked in venture capital where she developed further experience in evaluating technology businesses, assessing product strategy and identifying scalable commercial opportunities.
Throughout her career, Maria has focused on turning complex technology and data capabilities into strong, customer-focused product propositions. She is passionate about building high-performing Product, Engineering, UX and Go-to-Market teams, and about creating innovative products that help customers make better decisions, operate more effectively and unlock new sources of growth.
