Captain Yamada main focus for this seminar will be on Crew Welfare Self-Assessment (CWSA). The purpose of this presentation is to introduce not only that approach but also other better ways of working, which is the essence of the CWSA. If you have any thoughts on how best to collaborate with the relevant departments (shipowners, manning, ship management) regarding crew matters, we would like to invite you to participate and share information related to this.
The presentation will be held in both English and Japanese.
