After completing his Bachelor of Science in IT and Business Management at Loughborough University in the UK, Ryan Coles sought to work with companies that had a strong purpose, particularly in terms of improving people’s lives by using innovative technology. He commenced his career working in energy solutions manufacturing and went on to develop digital solutions in professional services, education and not for profit.
Ryan relocated to Australia in 2019 and joined RightShip, initially a project manager on the Platform and Safety Score rollout. Today Ryan leads RightShip’s Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for the centralised management of strategic change programs ensuring key initiatives deliver high quality outcomes to the maritime industry.
With a commitment to embracing continued change, Ryan plays a pivotal role in RightShip’s digital transformation, combining his technology and data acumen with his passion for developing solutions that have a lasting impact on maritime safety, sustainability and social wellbeing.
