As Chief Transformation Officer, Heejeong leads RightShip’s enterprise agenda across organic growth strategy, business transformation, and inorganic growth through M&A. She partners closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board to bridge strategy and execution, with a strong focus on disciplined delivery, value creation, and long-term scalability.
Heejeong brings over 20 years of experience across multiple industries and functions, spanning corporate strategy, commercial leadership, P&L ownership, and technology. Her background combines strategy consulting experience at BCG with deep in-house experience leading complex growth, new business incubation and transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining RightShip, Heejeong was part of Permira’s Value Creation team, where she led portfolio-wide value creation initiatives in close partnership with C-suite teams across multiple buyout investments. She holds an MBA from Wharton.
