VETTING - Replying to RFI for Vets and Vet-related Activities (INTERNAL ONLY)

Vetting RFIs on Platform for both RS and Customer

Vetting Officers may send out RFIs to relevant parties. This can be either done from the rule for the vet or through the Correspondence tab.

 

 

 

 

Once RFI is finalized and submitted, the Correspondence tab will show an open RFI.

 

 

Customer will receive the following email to reply to the RFI to (email depends on ‘Contact vet requestor’ logic).

 

 

Once customer clicked on the CTA ‘Yes I Can Provide The Information’ button, customer will be redirected to Home, where a pending task card to Reply to RFI is shown.

 

Customer may reply to the RFI by clicking on ‘Reply To RFI’. Customer may submit correspondences, including uploading attachments and adding other recipients, if required.

 

Note:

The pending task card will ONLY show in Home if the recipients of the correspondence has clicked on the CTA ‘Yes I Can Provide The Information’ button in the email sent.
