VETTING - How to request a vet (INTERNAL ONLY)

Vets can be requested via a Vessel’s page through the ‘Request Now’ button.
Depending on the type of activities subscribed to, a slider will show to display the service to request for. For vets, this is set in the Business Unit, under Rule Collections (as per pre-requisite).
After selecting Vetting service, user is required to fill in the vet information before submission.
Mandatory fields:

Agreeing to Terms & Conditions of vetting service

INCO terms (if permission ’Mandatory INCO Terms’ is given to customer role)
While requesting the vet, the requestor may decide to either have correspondences automatically sent to Ship Managers or have correspondences sent to them only. By default, Ship Managers are included when a Vetting Officer sends out a correspondence through the vet. However, if the below option is checked, all correspondence will go through the vet requestor only.
Ship Managers contacts are automatically extracted from the vessel’s DOC Overview page, as well DOC Vetting Contacts page.
These emails are then populated and is viewable at the vet task, under the Details section.
Depending on whether the ‘Contact vet requestor’ is selected, different email templates are being sent out.

Once user submits and confirm details are correct, a confirmation message is shown.
