How to access the PSIX LOD/COTP data?

1. PSIX LOD/COTP data of a vessel is updated when a vet/screening is triggered with the respective rule in place.

2. PSIX LOD/COTP data can be found at Vessel > Details > Vetting attributes. (PS: There is plan to add this into vessel actvities page 🙂 )

How to access the Class Status Survey?

1. Class Status Survey of a vessel is updated when a vet/screening is triggered with the respective rule in place

2. Class Status Survey details can be found at Vessel > Details > Vetting attributes

   

How does the SIRE weighting model works?

1. Each SIRE VIQ questions have a pre-defined score/weight assigned to it. The score/weight of each question will be displayed if the question is answered as No ( with observations). Total score is also calculated for the whole VIQ report. Check with Global Ops on what score means good and what score requires more attention.

   

2. Rules can be set up for the below classifications:

   1. Total VIQ score/weight

   2. Total count of score/weight

   3. Chapter based total score/weight

   4. Chapter based count of score/weight

How to add/update SIRE Purchaser name for one customer?

1. SIRE Purchaser name addition is based on user permission. It can be configured under Settings > Roles.
   ​

   

2. SIRE purchaser name can be added under Customer > Customer Details tab. Multiple purchaser names can be configured for one customer
   ​

   

   Note: As part of the Tanker client onboarding, we need to add their SIRE purchaser name in this section to avoid missing SIRE on the platform processing.
