Fleet Highlights is a powerful email digest that turns scattered vessel alerts into clear, actionable insights. Instead of chasing data across multiple sources, you’ll receive a single, concise update to keep you focused on managing your fleet.

What You’ll Get

Your digest provides:

• Top fleet tasks – Stay charter-ready with a prioritized list of actions.
• Safety Score trends – Track changes over time and prepare for upcoming RightShip inspection expiries.
• Fleet-wide summary – Review vetting, incidents, and PSC trends at a glance.

By default, you’ll receive monthly updates across your fleet or subscribed vessels. This reduces manual work, avoids missed alerts, and helps you move from noise to navigation.

How to Manage Your Fleet Highlights

Navigate to the Email Subscriptions section of your account. Here, you can view and manage the updates you’d like to receive for your vessels of interest.

2. Customise Your Email Digest

Within the Email Digest Settings, you can configure updates to suit your needs:

• Enable/Disable updates – Turn the digest on or off anytime.
• Destination email – Enter the email address where you’d like to receive updates.
• Digest scope – Choose to receive updates on your whole fleet, specific DOCs, or monitored vessels.
• Digest frequency – Select how often you’d like to receive updates.
• Digest topics – Pick the specific topics most relevant to you.
