How to view, track and close a Feedback Report

1. Navigate to your tasks page and click on the feedback report (FBR) you are looking for.

2. On the overview page, you can see the details of your FBR and its status: received, in progress, awaiting response or closed.

3. On the 'response' tab, each detail from the FBR has been captured and given one of the following outcomes: Unsatisfactory, requires RightShip to investigate, Unsatisfactory, however no investigation required, Satisfactory or Not observed.

If an Unsatisfactory, requires RightShip to investigate response has been recorded, a Condition for Review (CFR) on this vessel is auto-generated and RightShip will investigate. An FBR stays open as long as there are unsatisfactory responses requiring RightShip's attention . Once the applicant is satisfied with the outcome, the FBR status will be closed by the vetting superintendent.

4. To begin communication, a Request for Information can be sent. Simply click the 'more' button (3-dots icon) and select 'Add Request for Information'.

This will open a simple form, which you can fill out to make contact with a third party. Once you submit your request, the relevant party will receive an email prompting them to reply within the RightShip platform.

5. If an RFI is sent, the communications can be tracked in the 'correspondence' tab. You can also send another request for information from this page.

6. To close out a FBR, simply click the status of the FBR, change it to 'closed' and add any final comments as needed.
