How to View an RFI

Introduction

Understanding how to view and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) is essential for maintaining clear communication and resolving any queries efficiently during the self-assessment reviewing process. This guide will walk you through the steps to access and interact with RFIs on the RightShip platform.

Step 1: Access the RFI

Start by selecting the specific chapter of the submission you are reviewing. Find and click on the “View RFI” button, which is usually located next to the chapter title on the self-assessment form.

Clicking “View RFI” will take you to the “Correspondences” tab, a dedicated page where all RFIs associated with the self-assessment are displayed.
