We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join us for a 12 month contract to drive and execute our marketing programs.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Marketing and Communications Manager will execute our communications strategy for RightShip that supports our public image and to enhance business performance.
As a confident influencer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key strategic relationships, overseeing all internal and external campaigns, ensuring the marketing department supports the company in lead generation programs to hit commercial targets and identifying opportunities to improve RightShip’s external impact. The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the continued growth of the company’s reach and departments internal digital innovation, raising our brand profile across the maritime, commodities, tech and finance industries and contributing to the wider business success.
You’ll collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to drive new growth for the business.
What you need to be successful
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communications
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Skilled at written communications across multiple formats
- High level of computer literacy and ability to adapt to new online platforms & technologies including Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn advertising are a must.
- Experience using a website CMS - Umbraco (preferred)
- Experience using Miro and zoom webinar highly regarded
- A personal commitment to improved safety, environmental sustainability and crew welfare of the maritime industry
